Today our little town had a winterfest, with dogsled demonstrations and ice carving and a chili cook-off. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at things) it was about 50 degrees out. We took Sydney out walking around the town, and were stopped about every other minute by someone wanting to pet her or asking "What kind of dog is she? She looks like a little fox!" Sydney did extremely well, including the little boy who tried to crush her skull between his two sticky hands. "I'm sorry," said his mom, "he doesn't do too well with animals, he always wants to squish them. It's because they're fuzzy." Well then lady, you think you'd keep Lenny Jr. away from them. "Can I pet the rabbits, George?"
