Last night we got back from Michigan around 6 or so. I had a serious case of the blahs. I always love starting new things off, the ideation and planning and preparation for projects / events. Now that Steve's wedding is finally done, I wandered around the house for a bit kicking the carpeting and not inclined to do much of anything. No knitting, no reading, no tivo, no computer, just blah. I always need to have some sort of project or new happening to keep me interested in things, so whenever everything's tied up in a neat little bow I always get irritated with the "so what's next" phase. Once I have a direction I like to launch off and have fun, but last night was just off. Here's hoping once I pick the dog up this afternoon she's some built-in diversionary tactics.
