I got out my crafty stuff and started working again for the first time in months. There've been a lot of things on my to-do list but I haven't wanted to do any of it in the longest time. I've been much more on a reading trend. It was very nice last night to just sit down and watch all the stuff tivoed for me, such as Father of the Bride and sunday's Alias while I whittled down on my pile of things to do. I have two small projects I promised to people months ago, I've been feeling guilty about not finishing them since I think they're actually pretty nice ideas. The first one is a little more than halfway done, I should be able to finish it by the end of the week if this motivation continues.

I discovered my bag o' mending again last night and found a pair of Shawn's pants he gave me to try and fix. The zipper lost some teeth and all I had to do was replace it with a new one. Three years later, they're still sitting in my closet. Jeez. These pants now represent procrastination, guilt, and everything evil about me. Shawn, watch the mail in about a week. I'm doing housecleaning of the soul. :)
