Car-nage

On my way home from work today, I saw an accident at a railroad crossing. No trains were involved, but an SUV went airborne (literally), flipped onto the roof, and came to rest on a pickup truck's hood. Not what I'd call a nice commute home.

Photos are on flickr, as well as the full story. Start HERE to see the story.

Wow! You've had two whacks recently to remind you how capricious life can be. First, the rumble of job turmoil, then a horrible crash in front of your eyes. I still vividly remember the one I saw, and the ones I was in. These remind us how many blessings we have and help us to savor them each day. So sweeten your coffee and cling to your sweetie.
Also, I wish you could research how to help at car wrecks without hurting your precious self. Other idiots often slam into an accident scene. Do you have any strong lights in your cars and a smattering of first aid? Sometimes you can hurt someone's spine by moving them, although they always need a blanket for shock. In the movies, the car always blows up into an inferno. When is that in reality? Just wondering, SuperHero. Share any info you find, so we are useful, too. Take care, we love you.
