The stained glass class is going really well. I was home this weekend with my camera, but forgot to take some pictures of the things I've finished. I don't mind giving projects away, since it's one of those hobbies that could quickly over-run the house. Austin's concerned there's going to be suncatchers of a teddy bear holding an umbrella, or a duck happily splashing through puddles in every window. You think he'd know by now I'm more of an aristé than that. I have a very cool art nouveau design I scanned from a book, tweaked the lines in photoshop to make it doable, and I am considering putting above the front door. There's a plain little window now that could use some sprucing up. I also made a 3D model of a bookcase that's been tossing about in my head for awhile this weekend, which should lend itself to some panels in the side wall. And I'm still trying to find ideas to redo our kitchen cabinets. hm....maybe his claims are justified. Anyone want any projects done? I like to work with this, but it's a large-scale hobby. Could be worse, at least I don't raise elephants for show.
