We knocked a whole bunch of wedding stuff off the list this weekend. The pic below is after the hair and makeup trial, they look so cool. I think it's MUCH better than the Mary Kay lady I was thinking about at first. And I was glad I did the trials, even if it was weird just walking around all day made up. There were a few very minor things I want to change and now I know it'll be just perfect for the big day.
I am so in love with our DJ I just may marry her instead. She is SO cool, not a typical wedding DJ at all. We met with her sunday and she was DJing that night at the Eminem after-party thrown by his management company. It was a whole bunch of people like Eminem and 50 cent and other rappers I do not know, but I know enough to understand she's performing at famous people's parties! In other strange news, the lady who did my hair has also done the hair of Kim, Eminem's ex-wife. The 'claim to fame'-s keep on coming.
In not-so-good news, I wrote up a list of things that need to get done this week before I move and/or meet with Tina's. It's huge. I couldn't fit it all on one page, which is a very bad sign. Somehow, I don't think I'll be as productive at work this week as I was hoping. At least most of my projects are pretty well wound up anyway.
